Ibrahim is a Chartered Professional Civil & Environmental Engineer and Certified Lead Environmental & OHS Auditor with over 25 years experience in leading environmental, sustainability & OHS functions and teams on a wide range of high-profile property / smart-city developments, transport infrastructure, utilities, commercial transaction, asset management, and public administration projects.

Ibrahim has worked as a trusted adviser to numerous regulatory authorities, government agencies, ministers, developers and investment banks across a wide range of portfolios, in Australia and internationally, to put in place innovative and globally recognized smart-city solutions; environmental, sustainability & OHS initiatives; regulatory, policy & compliance frameworks; strategic plans; governance structures, ESG/sustainability plans & programs; capability building; management systems and industry engagement initiatives.

Peter Wells

BSc, MScMed, GAICD

Peter Wells, is an experienced Executive and Board Director with 35 years experience in both the government and private sectors.

He has held Executive roles in NSW Government over 16 years and has worked with SenSen Networks, CPSIIG, Uniting, Animark, National Affordable Housing Corporation and other organisations in Executive and Non-Executive Director roles.

He was the Executive Director Safety & Compliance, at the NSW Roads and Maritime Services from 2010-2016 and held Director and General Manager roles in the NSW Government for over 10 years prior to this.

Peter has over 20 years of experience in customer service, regulation and enforcement, including  managing a series NSW Government reforms in environmental and natural resource management including litigation and prosecution; investigation and auditing; and community education and engagement programs, often working in complex or controversial areas.
