7th Sense was engaged by Property NSW (formerly Government Property NSW) to lead the development and implementation of a Strategic Environmental, Sustainability & Contaminated Land Management Framework for NSW Government's property portfolio of owned and leased assets worth over $120 billion.
Our work included the development and implementation of Strategic Environmental & Sustainability Management Framework; Contaminated land management procedures and program; and establishment and management of a dedicated Environmental Services Group providing whole-of-government environmental and sustainability services to more than 10 NSW Government Agencies including NSW Treasury, RMS, TfNSW, UrbanGrowth, Education, Police & Justice, Barangaroo Development Authority, Westconnex Development Authority, NSW Ports Corporations, Waste Asset Management Corporation etc.
